Good nutrition is essential for the wellbeing. Whether you're looking to lose weight or simply feel better, make conscious attention to your nutrition needs. Take 10 minutes and think about you in your body. Think about your body as a machine which requires energy to work. And the process of eating as fueling of machine and providing required building parts. Whether what you eat is required for get optimum energy? Or will your organism need to work harder to extract energy and eliminate harmful ingredients from the consumed food?

Physical activity

Physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your wellbeing.

The most important is to start. At any moment. It could be simple walk around a house or a block. It could be simple stretch. Start small and see if something sparked your joy. Running during hot humid weather could be source of happiness for ones and jog during cold winter breeze could be invigorating for others.


According to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity a week. This can also be 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity. You could approximately estimate the level of intensity of your exercise as: 

  • Moderate intensity - you could talk but cannot sing while you are exercising
  • Vigorous intensity - you cannot sing or talk

In modern world it is difficult to imagine be stress free. Breathing, meditation, physical activity, spending time with loved ones, hobbies are well known mechanism for building of stress resilience.
